Ingredients :
- Few slices of spam
- 1 scrambled egg
- 1 Tb flour
- 1 cup Panko(Japanese bread crumbs/flakes)
- 1/4 Pan filled with cooking oil
1. Dredge spam in flour.
2. Coat with scrambled egg.
3. Cover with Panko flakes, cover both sides.
4. Transfer to cooking oil. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Let sit on paper towel lined plate, let oil drain.
